V. Sushchenko's Monograph ‘Profession of a Lawyer: Activity, Ethics, Responsibility’ Sees the Light of Day

Dr. Kisil Memorial Fund has supported the publication of a monograph ‘Profession of a Lawyer: Activity, Ethics, Responsibility’ authored by lawyer and legal scholar Volodymyr Sushchenko.

The work is dedicated to the fundamental values that should unite the entire legal community: judges, lawyers, public prosecutors, notaries, and legal experts.

The book contains an analysis of the international experience of certain European and American countries and suggests ways to solve the problem of training professional personnel in Ukraine, improving their ethical behaviour and professional responsibility for the results of their activities.
