Support for Publishing the Book Titled ‘Constitution and Constitutional Changes in Ukraine: an Anthology Dedicated to the Memory of Viktor Musiiaka’

The anthology is dedicated to the memory of Viktor Musiiaka, the famous Ukrainian legal scholar, statesman and public and political figure (1946-2019). The publication contains research papers on topical issues of modern constitutional development of Ukraine, the status of the Basic Law of the State, and the prospects for its amendment, protection of human rights, and development of basic constitutional and legal institutions. A special focus is placed on the personality of V. Musiiaka, his scientific, social and political activities.
