Vasil Kisil Scholarship Program for Master of Laws of the National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" 2021

Kostiantyn Trubchaninov, a first-year student in the Master of Law Degree Program at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, has become the second Dr. Kisil Memorial Fund scholarship holder.

Kostiantyn is working on a research project dedicated to the European Standards to Build up the Administrative and Territorial Structure in the Context of the Decentralization Reform in Ukraine.
